This was yum. I had salmon with skin on one side, so grilled it skin side down for 5 min– a tad too long, so when I turned it, I grilled it for about a minute or two at lower heat and then turned the grill off.
It was ever so slightly overdone, but I get paranoid about done- ness when feeding it to kiddos anyway. Still really good with the lime butter sauce (which I just made by melting butter in the micro, stirring some jarred minced garlic and the other stuff in). Served it with jasmine rice, which also enjoyed that sauce.
