Pasta with prosciutto and peas


Again, apart from the fresh parsley, this is mostly stuff you’d have on hand, and the basic components (pasta, prosciutto, peas) can live in your frig/pantry for long periods of time.  It’s not the most filling (this is from Cooking Light, for goodness sakes), but it is easy, tasty, and good for groups.
