Breakfast of self-appointed champions.

I don’t know what it’s like for you when the alarm goes off, but for me, most mornings are crazy. But a girl has to eat breakfast, even if that girl has to head to the office early and work on a presentation, but not before getting a little dude ready for his day and remembering to pack her lunch. This is a quick, throw-in-your-bag-and-go breakfast that should keep you going until lunch. It’s packed with protein, calcium, vitamins and probiotics. And it’s pretty. I had a bunch of jealous coworkers that morning.

In the bowl:

8oz cup of whole milk plain yogurt topped with
1/4 -1/2 cup of your favorite trail mix or nut mix

On the side:

1 hard boiled egg, sliced

1 ripe nectarine, sliced
