Good things: Citrus and tenderpork and greens

This was passed around among my in-laws and eventually made its way to me. It’s now a go-to recipe when I want to impress people (say, an uncle from California, just hypothetically). It’s not difficult; it just takes time to peel and cut everything. Get your sig-o on that, or do it ahead if time. I’ve also made it with just the pork, and it’s still really, reallllllly good. And yes, I am so lazy that I’m just posting pics of the recipe. I call it “being true to my brand.”
