The ultimate lazy & hungry dish: super easy, super tasty, super satisfying on a 19-degree night. Serve with roast potatoes (because they are life-affirming) and steamed broccoli (because easy). The pork loin I used was 2.88 lbs and it was ready after 4-4.5 hours (1 on high because I panicked about it not getting done; 3 on low because I didn’t need to panic). I also threw in some diced apple for the last 30 minutes or so because some reviewer who knows more about food than I do suggested it and she was so right. You could totally serve this to company and actually be able to talk to them when they came over instead of running about the kitchen. Enjoy!
