We had some leftovers from split chicken breasts that we’d baked, so we cut it up and threw it in here. Super easy, tasty, and kid-friendly. I started with butter in the sauce pan, then added the cheese and milk and lemon, and then added the leftover chicken, and then poured it into the pasta and peas mixture. It was a tad lumpy but I was impatient with the stirring. And maybe you’re not supposed to add butter. But why wouldn’t I want butter, too?
