Grilled zucchini

I love grilled vegetables. This can be made even simpler by skipping the balsamic step. I’ve done this with strips of zucchini as well; it’s a great way to use up a giant zucchini that, say, you neglected in your garden for a few days. More than a few days. Many, many days.
