Soup weather

While this isn’t what I think of as mulligatawny (eg, amazing thick yellow sloppy goodness from The Oven), it’s still great– especially considering the effort involved (minimal!). Think of it as a more interesting chicken and rice soup and you’ll be set. Not spicy at all, so kiddos could chow down (if you could get your kiddos to eat soup, which I inexplicably can’t do). Dig in!
