Pretty good, pretty ridiculously easy. ROI is excellent. I threw together an approximation of herbs de Provence (Rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil, fennel seeds– couldn’t find marjoram) and tossed minced garlic from a jar in. Served with cous cous and broccoli (crackers for kiddos). Must do again and myself on the back for dead-easy, highly satisfying dinner.
