Brined pork tenderloin

From the Cooking Light How to Grill cookbook. I liked the plum salsa stuff, but the real magic was in brining the tenderloin. Life-changing. I just put a dry rub on after brining, with kosher salt, garlic, paprika, pepper, and…that might be all? The kids loved it; I did, too.
